Stray Dog Follows Cyclists for 1100 Miles! [Video]

This adorable stray dog  befriended the group of cyclists after one of them gave him a drumstick! The dog, now named Xiao Sa (pronounced: Sha-Ja) proceeded to follow them along their 3 week trip from China’s Sichuan province to Lhasa in Tibet, travelling 50-60km a day and a total distance of 1,700km!

If for some reason you don’t think that’s impressive enough the cycle route covers 12 mountains (Ten mountains at 4000m and two at 5000m) and not once did he fall behind. Did someone say Forrest Gump?

Just so you know; Xiao Sa is no longer a stray and has since been adopted by one of the cyclists. He was also given a full check-up by a local vet, who apparently waived the  fee.

The title of ‘Man’s best friend’ has never been so well deserved!
