Paws and Co Veterinary Centre is gearing up to open its doors soon, bringing an independent and client-focused approach to the local community. We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Qualified Veterinary Nurse to help us lay the foundations of outstanding pet care from day one. This full-time role offers a chance to join our brand-new, modern facility in a fantastic location.
At Paws & Co Veterinary Centre, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of veterinary care in a warm, friendly environment. As our new Qualified Veterinary Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring an excellent experience for clients and their pets.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with consultations, procedures, and surgeries
- Administering medications, treatments, and vaccinations
- Providing pre- and post-operative care, maintaining accurate clinical records
- Offering guidance and support to pet owners on nutrition, preventative care, and general welfare
- Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
