Job Description:
Are you an experienced and proactive Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a dynamic Head Veterinary Nurse to lead their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and skilled nurse to step into a leadership role, ensuring excellence in patient care and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and mentor the nursing team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
Monitor anaesthesia and ensure high standards of patient safety during procedures.
Manage and provide exceptional inpatient care.
Conduct nurse consultations with professionalism and compassion.
Assist vets in clinical tasks while ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
Take an active role in maintaining and improving clinical protocols and practices.
This is a full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week, with participation in a shared Saturday rota. Less hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Requirements:
