Do you have the ability to provide quality administrative support and the desire to deliver high levels of customer service? Due to expansion, The College of Animal Welfare are currently recruiting for our Student Services team.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment, have excellent organisational skills, thrive on managing high workloads and have the ability to multi-task where necessary. You will need a positive approach, a hands-on attitude, proven IT knowledge and good communication skills.
Role:
The key purpose of the role will cover the following areas:
- Learner applications, enrolments, registrations and certification
- Employer data
- Quality Assurance data
- Course Admin Support
- Financial data
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Marketing data
- General
- Reception
- Information, Advice and Guidance
