This year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is loneliness, so we thought what better way to acknowledge this theme than by getting together virtually to find out how we can support you?
To make sure we can provide as much support as possible, we’ve arranged some virtual drop-in sessions over the course of this week that are open to all staff and students. We will be joined by The Mind Matters Initiative, Fika and Togetherall for three unique mental health awareness sessions designed with you and your mental health in mind.
- The Mind Matters Initiative (MMI) – Wednesday 11 May, 12.30 – 1.30pm
- Fika – Thursday 12 May, 1 – 1.30pm
- Togetherall – Friday 13 May, 12.30 – 1.30pm
All three sessions are completely free to join and are easily accessible via the VLE. The link to the live online sessions can be found by visiting the VLE, clicking on the Student Information tab, and then following the ‘CAW Live’ link at the top of the page at the . Everyone is welcome to join in the discussion!
We will also be releasing more Mental Health Awareness Week resources across this week so make sure to keep an eye on our socials for more information.
