The College of Animal Welfare is preparing to launch its new Business School in January 2013 with a series of programmes (awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management) designed specifically for those holding, or seeking to hold, management positions, within the veterinary profession and animal welfare sector.
Whether you are a head nurse, aspiring head nurse or practice manager, if you are responsible for the efficient deployment of resources needed to deliver high quality clinical care then these new programmes, that lead to professional recognition, will raise your game and benefit your animal patients.
The Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management and the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management courses will be open for registration in November, with tuition starting in January 2013. These courses will be available on either a distance learning/online basis or via blended learning (a combination of online learning and study days).
Upon achievement of one of these qualifications, you will be able to apply for professional membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and thereby be permitted to use the Institute’s internationally recognised professional body post-nominal in recognition of the professional status you have achieved as a manager.
Further course information will be available shortly. If you wish to be kept up-to-date with news on these courses please fill out your details here.
