Welcome to The College of Animal Welfare’s School of Animal Studies

About our School of Animal Studies
The College of Animal Welfare was established in 1989 with the vision to use education to help tackle animal welfare issues and the problem of unwanted and abandoned animals. Today, the college has centres all over the UK and specialises in training in the land-based sector.
We offer a range of qualifications in animal care, horse care and dog grooming. Many of our programmes are available to study via our well-established distance learning school, for those who wish to study without the need to come into college.
