Do you know someone who deserves to be ‘Veterinary Nurse of the Year 2017’?

Do you know a veterinary nurse who has shown outstanding commitment and dedication to their job? Someone who not only shows exceptional support to animals and clients, but to their team as well? Or perhaps someone who has gone above the call of duty to educate people on responsible pet ownership and improve animal welfare?

If so, why not nominate them for the Blue Cross Veterinary Nurse of the Year 2017 award – you have until 8 September 2017 to get your nomination in! Nominations can be made online on the Blue Cross website.

The winner will be announced at this year’s BVNA congress, which runs from 6-8 October 2017 at Telford International Centre.

Last year’s winner was Samantha Shand. Samantha received the award for the second time, having won it for the first time in 2012 – a remarkable achievement! Samantha was described as ‘Above and beyond her role, both for her commitments to charitable work and education’.
