Heath Lodge Veterinary Services Ltd are looking to recruit a new student veterinary nurse to undertake an Apprenticeship in Veterinary Nursing.

As a Veterinary Nursing Apprentice you will be employed in a veterinary practice, earning a wage, and gaining vital practical skills and experience. You will attend College on a day release basis and have access to your course materials via an online Virtual Learning Environment.

Working alongside experienced nurses and vets your duties will include assisting with veterinary procedures, patient care, and arranging client appointments.

Your working week will include 4 days per week working on site for a total of 32hrs per week, 1 day per week attending college. Nursing staff are required to work weekends on a rotational basis of 1 weekend in 4. However weekend shifts are shorter than those on weekdays. Shifts are to be confirmed.
