Awarded by the Institute of Leadership & Management, we provide both Level 3 and Level 5 Leadership and Management Courses.
This professional qualification will develop your skills in a variety of areas to give you confidence to lead your team through the spectrum of management challenges that can arise. You will gain a range of key management skills and build on your leadership capabilities by learning how to motivate and engage teams and confidently manage relationships.
Offered as a blended learning course this reduces the need to be away from your current role – maximising the time in which you can begin to implement your newly refined skills! The course is provided as a combination of online learning and study days allowing for home study with regular tutorial support and college-based lectures on key topics.
